Girandole Earrings - Huge Pearl
These are some of the largest and most lavish earrings I have ever made!
I was inspired by some of the truly massive Girandole earrings you see in the 17th and 18th centuries, like the ones shown in this portrait of Princess Henriette of England from 1662. You see these large styles through the early and middle 18th centuries as well.
The vintage acrylic pearls are some of my larger ones (you can see them individually as earrings here: https://www.damesalamode.com/products/marie-antoinette-inspired-pearl-and-hoop-earrings?_pos=40&_sid=639b1c9b6&_ss=r) and tripled up they make for some truly striking earrings!
In this example I have shown them with a clear crystal central stone, but they are also available with glass pearls as well. I can also customize the central stone in many colors!
These are available in Gold or Silver plate.
Please keep in mind that these are rather heavy earrings, so they are not a good choice for delicate ears or if you're not used to wearing large earrings.
